The Portland National Weather Service has upgraded the Fire Weather Watch to a Red Flag Warning that includes all of Cowlitz County. The Red Flag Warning will remain in effect until Sunday evening.A Red Flag Warning means that conditions are ideal for wildland fire ignition and propagation.
